Welcome to Campii. We keep this as plain and friendly as we can. By using Campii you agree to these terms, so please give them a read. If anything's unclear, email us at info@campii.app.

1. Who we are

Campii (“Campii,” “we,” “us”) operates campii.app, a platform that connects prospective students with verified current college students (“Guides”) for paid 30-minute video calls and hosts per-school question-and-answer chatrooms. 2. Who can use Campii

You must be at least 13 years old to use Campii. If you are under 18, you may only use Campii with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your activity and any payments. Guides must be at least 18 years old and either currently enrolled at, or a recent graduate of, an accredited college or university, with a verified .edu email.

Campii is intended for users in the United States. By using Campii you confirm the above is true.

3. What Campii is — and isn't

Campii is a venue for honest, peer-to-peer conversation and information. Guides share personal experiences and opinions. Campii does not provide admissions, academic, financial, legal, medical, or career advice, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any college or university. Information shared on Campii is not a guarantee of any outcome (admission, aid, experience, or otherwise). Decisions you make are your own.

4. Bookings, payments and pricing

Calls are $20 each. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we don't store your full card details. When you book, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Guides receive a share of each completed call; Campii retains the remainder as a platform fee.

5. Cancellations and refunds

If a Guide declines or cannot make a booked call, you receive a credit or refund as described at the time of cancellation. First-call guarantee: if your first completed call is not helpful, contact us at support@campii.app within 7 days and we will issue a refund or arrange a free rematch, at your choice. If you need to cancel, contact us at support@campii.app. We review refund requests in good faith and case by case; abuse of refunds may lead to account limits.

6. Your account and conduct

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree not to misuse Campii. That includes, among other things: harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, spam, scraping, attempts to take conversations or payments off-platform, or sharing another person's private information. Calls may not be recorded without the other participant's clear consent. See our Community Guidelines.

7. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you write (questions, answers, reviews). By posting, you give Campii a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content to operate and promote the platform. You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove content that violates these terms.

8. Verification & safety, with limits

We verify Guides via a .edu email and basic checks, but we do not conduct background checks and cannot guarantee any person's identity, conduct, or the accuracy of anything they say. You interact with other users at your own discretion. Never share financial information, passwords, or sensitive personal data on a call or in a chatroom.

9. Disclaimers

Campii is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information shared by Guides is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campii and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunity, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Campii in the 3 months before the claim, or $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Campii and its operator from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We'd much rather solve problems directly — please contact us first at info@campii.app and we'll try to resolve things informally before any formal dispute.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as Campii grows. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Campii after changes means you accept them.
