About Shelby
I didn't know anything about UC Riverside before I applied and toured the campus. When I toured the campus I fell in love with the students on campus, the friendliness of staff and the school itself. UCR is a very central location, it is roughly an hour from LA and an hour from beaches like Newport, so with a car there are tons of places to go. Even without a car, it is easy to get places on public transit, so there is always something to do.
