How easy is it to get involved in clubs at University of Maryland?
It is super easy to get involved in clubs at UMD! Every semester, all the clubs participate in a first look fair that helps students learn more about different clubs, organizations, and activities that UMD has to offer. From there, you can join any club you'd like. There are also different opportunities that are emailed out to students throughout the semester to help increase their involvement. UMD also has a club website that has contact info for any clubs that you are interested in.

How big is Greek life at University of Maryland?
Compared to other schools, UMD Greek life is fairly mid-sized. The good thing about Greek life at Maryland is that although it's not as big as it is at other universities, once you rush, there is an overwhelming sense of community. In the grand scheme of things, Greek life is a small portion of what UMD has to offer, but it does make a big school like UMD feel much smaller.
