About Yemaya

Kenyon presents its own unique benefits and challenges. I was nervous to attend an elite institution as a low-income student from South Florida, but Kenyon's supportive faculty and community has made the adjustment easier (especially the Orientation program). It's easy to find your people through affinity groups, clubs/organizations, and activities. I was pleasantly surprised by the encouragement of opportunities like study abroad, on-campus jobs, and engaging with various academic departments.
