As a first-generation transfer student, it's definitely not an easy path to take, especially when your parents have little to no understanding of what the current college scene and job market looks like. It took me three years to transfer, and for others, it may take even longer. Throughout that journey, my faith in Christ played a significant role in keeping me grounded, giving me the perseverance to overcome challenges and trust the process even when the path ahead seemed uncertain.
