Being at Tarleton has given me a strong appreciation for traditions and family. Being at a university has really opened my eyes that family isn’t just based off of blood, it is the people who show up for you when you need it most. Also, the sense of belonging comes from the traditions that are passed down, that help connect university life to home life.
