I love USU! The advisers are especially helpful! I've changed my major twice and they were supper helpful with that. I also love getting involved and there are so many opportunities to do it! I love the events at USU, I'm in one of the sororities, and some other clubs like archery! USU is a very safe campus, but if your still worried you can take their self defense class (it's very fun) I also took a 2 year break and the university was very understanding about that
