ReportI think it really just depends on your major and what you're comfortable with. USC is known to be challenging in terms of courses, but it's nothing that should deter you from the school. As a STEM major, my academics are pretty demanding, and I often have to seek outside help on top of rigorous studying. However, that's just because science is hard in general. For me, outside of STEM, most classes aren't necessarily hard, they're just time consuming. The difficulty of your academics at USC will also heavily depend on the professors you get. Some will guide you properly through challenges while others leave you to figure things out yourself. Overall I wouldn't worry about how hard the academics are here, because a lot of it comes down to time management and really putting effort into your schoolwork.
