I love how pretty and inviting the campus and its community are. There is a strong sense of pride felt attending Virginia Tech as a Hokie and so many opportunities to get involved.

Hi! I’m Brooke, a Political Science major with a History minor at Virginia Tech. What I love most about VT is the strong sense of community and school spirit. There are so many opportunities to get involved, from clubs and internships to leadership programs and campus traditions. Something that surprised me was how supportive and connected the Hokie community is. I’m involved in Greek life and would love to answer questions about VT, student life, academics, and the college process!

One of my favorite things about Virginia Tech is the sense of community. From the moment I arrived on campus, I felt welcomed and supported by both my peers and professors. Some of my best college memories have come from spending time with friends, attending campus events, and cheering on the Hokies together. The friendships I have built and the strong sense of school spirit have made Virginia Tech feel like a second home.
