First call not helpful? We'll refund or rematch you — free (email us within 7 days). If a guide cancels, you get $20 in Campii credits automatically.

If you don't join, no credits or refund are given. Your guide's time is valuable.

Room opens 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Auto-closes after 35 minutes once both join.
Credits
Credits appear at checkout automatically. They never expire and cover the full $20 booking.
Frequently asked questions
How does a Campii call work?
You browse verified college students, pick an available time slot, and pay $20. Your guide gets a notification and must accept the booking. Once confirmed, you'll both receive a call link accessible from your dashboard 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Calls are 30 minutes.
What is your refund policy?
Your first call is covered by our first-call guarantee: if it isn't helpful, email support@campii.app within 7 days and we'll refund it or match you with a new guide — your choice. Separately, if a guide declines or cancels your booking, you automatically receive $20 in Campii credits, redeemable on any future booking. Credits never expire.
What happens if I don't show up to the call?
If you (the student) book a call and do not join during the scheduled time, you will not receive a refund or credit. Your guide showed up and held that time for you. Please only book if you intend to attend.
What happens if my guide doesn't show up?
If your guide fails to join the call, contact us at support@campii.app with your booking details. We will review and issue $20 in credits to your account.
How long is each call?
30 minutes. The room opens 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Once both participants have joined, a 35-minute timer starts (30 min + 5 min buffer). The room automatically closes when time is up.
Can I book the same guide twice?
Yes — as long as you pick a different available time slot. You cannot book the same guide at the same date and time.
Where does my $20 go?
100% supports college students. $10 goes directly to your guide the moment the call ends. The rest keeps Campii running — and Campii is built and operated by a college student founder. Every dollar you spend here stays in the student economy.
How do I become a guide?
Click "Become a guide" on the homepage, complete the onboarding steps, and verify your .edu email address. Once verified, your profile goes live and students can book you.
I'm having a technical issue with my call.
Make sure you're using a modern browser (Chrome or Edge recommended) with camera and microphone permissions enabled. If the issue persists, email support@campii.app with your session ID (visible in the URL) and we'll help.
How do I use my credits?
Credits are automatically applied at checkout. When you have $20 or more in credits, a "Pay with credit" button will appear alongside the card payment option on the checkout page.
