My main advice is to try new things and put yourself out there. My freshman year versus my sophomore year looked completely different just based on meeting new, good people. I would love to share more about my time figuring out my major and college in general. I began as a commuter student.

I chose WVU because several members of my family are proud alumni who had positive experiences there, from earning their bachelor's degrees to completing their Ph.D.s. As a graduate Counseling student, I was drawn to the university's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and student success. What has impressed me most is the support from faculty and the opportunities for personal and professional growth. I enjoy connecting with others and helping students navigate their college journey.

I’m an upcoming sophomore at WVU, i’m originally from the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. I love WVU because it made me feel so welcomed and comforted when I was going to college 5 hours away from home. I’m also a double minor in Sport Psychology & Addiction Studies. Don’t be scared to reach out, I would love to ease the stress college brings!!
